Everyone knows that exercise is important for their health but many people have a difficult time finding  the motivation and time.  

 I come to your home with all the equipment we need to work out privately together so you can feel better emotionally and physically getting to a life you will enjoy.

Sessions are one hour long and can be done once, twice or three times a week. 

 I also give you a plan for working out on your own giving you a plan that works with your lifestyle. 

Food discussions are always tough and personal and the same type of food advice doesn't work for everyone.  I work with you to figure out how to create a different conversation about food, so you can look at food as fuel for your body.

Running and Track and Field Instruction

USATF Certified Track and Field Coach 

USATF Masters All American in 2023 and 2024,

 1500m, 800m, Mile, 5k, 10k Javelin, Shot Put and Discus

Running saved my life as an overweight lost teenager and has been my mental stabilizer throughout my life. 

  • I have coached middle and high school teams, a Club YMCA team, and individual high school athletes to get DI and DII scholarships. 
  •  For Adults, I have coached Police and Military Personal  needing to pass fitness tests, people wanting to do their first 5ks or marathons and many others who just wanted to learn to run for fun and without injury.  
  • Running Shoe and Form Expert!!
  • I can coach you online or in person, with a monthly plan to achieve your running goals. 


Self defense

Learn how to defend yourself safely.  Classes can be taught onsite and products sold.
